RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.

Return Address
The return address will be provided upon contacting us at nihon.select@selectj.net
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to customer preference (e.g. change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees. In such cases, we will provide the return address and instructions, but we do not issue prepaid return labels.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will review the situation and contact you with the appropriate resolution.
Duties, Taxes & VAT:
VAT collected at checkout through IOSS is eligible for a refund. All other VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged upon delivery are non-refundable.
Refund Policy:
Pre-Shipment Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Post-Delivery Returns: For returns after you have received your order, refunds will be issued upon approval at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed using one of the following methods, as determined by us:
- Refund to your original payment method
- Store credit for use on future purchases
The method of refund (original payment method or store credit) will be determined by us based on the circumstances of each return.
Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved, refunds to the original payment method may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time. Store credit will be issued immediately upon approval.
Store Credit: Store credit can be used for future purchases on our store and will be applied to your customer account.
