Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via one of the following carriers depending on the destination:
FedEx United States, United Kingdom, European Union (excluding Germany), Switzerland
Local Postal Service (via Japan Post) United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before purchase is completed.
Delivery Timeframes
FedEx Shipments
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- United States: approximately 3–10 business days
- United Kingdom & European Union: approximately 5–10 business days
- Switzerland: approximately 5–10 business days
Local Postal Service Shipments (via Japan Post)
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday)
- Germany: 1–3 weeks
- United Kingdom, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 10 days–3 weeks

Order Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. Please note that tracking updates for Japan Post shipments may take several days to appear after the package departs Japan. Your order is on its way.
Signature Confirmation
A signature confirmation option is available at checkout for eligible destinations. If you prefer to have your order signed for upon delivery, please select this option when placing your order.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
When your order arrives in the destination country, it will pass through customs, where applicable duties and taxes are assessed by the local customs authority. The charges that apply depend on your country of residence and the order value.
United States All applicable duties and taxes are included in the order total at checkout. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
United Kingdom Prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees. These charges are collected upon delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. Upon delivery, the following charges may apply:
- VAT: 20%
- Customs duties (orders over £135 only)
- Carrier handling fee: £8–13
For orders under £135, customs charges may not always be collected.
European Union (including Germany) For orders up to €150 (or equivalent in local currency), VAT is collected at checkout via IOSS. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
For orders over €150 (or equivalent in local currency), IOSS does not apply. VAT (17–27% at the local rate), customs duties, and a carrier handling fee will be collected upon delivery. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Switzerland Prices do not include VAT, customs duties, or carrier handling fees. These charges are collected upon delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. Upon delivery, the following charges may apply:
- VAT: 8.1%
- Customs duties
- Carrier handling fee: CHF 10
Canada Prices do not include duties or taxes. Orders over CAD 20 may be subject to duties, GST/HST, and a carrier handling fee upon delivery. While charges are not always collected, orders over CAD 200 are more likely to incur fees — typically around 20% of the order value. This is an estimate and actual charges may vary. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Australia & New Zealand Orders under AUD/NZD 1,000 are generally exempt from import duties and taxes. For orders above this threshold, import duties or GST may apply upon delivery. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Ensuring Successful Delivery
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, shipping address, and phone number at checkout. Your email address may be shared with the shipping carrier for delivery updates.
After Delivery
Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to accept responsibility for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or adding signature confirmation if you have concerns.
